Don't Mess With Reggie

This is my homemade stop-motion puppet that I created for my first stop-motion class at AIPD. His name is Reggie the Toad. The idea is that he is in the mafia, which is why he looks like such a badass. These are a few of the many photos I took during the construction stage and then some from the photo shoot I had to do with him.

I really want to make more puppets and go further with similar ideas I have.

Reinterpretation of "The Death of Marat"

This is my final project for art history this quarter. It's 48" wide by 60" tall (almost as tall as myself). Done with acrylic paint.

This girl (India, I think her name is) is a really good model. I can finally see improvement in my figure drawings. Yay!

Finally Painting for Fun

My second dog, Kloi (pronounced like Chloe). This is the first painting I've done for fun since I took Portrait Painting! I did this during finals week before I left for break. It was a gift to my parents. She's so cute!

Here's my Portrait Painting final - 36" x 36" self-portrait. About 12 hours of work all together yesterday. I really like how it turned out, and the rest of my class had amazing paintings as well!
